Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Temp Mail Pro application for iPhone and iPad (the "App"), its temporary-email services, and its support services.

1. Information handled by the App

Temporary email data

To provide temporary inboxes, the App and the selected mail service process temporary email addresses, incoming message content, sender information, timestamps, and message identifiers. Messages sent to a temporary address may contain information chosen by the sender. Do not use Temp Mail Pro for confidential, financial, medical, legal, authentication, or account-recovery communications.

Information stored on your device

The App stores preferences, temporary mailbox details, message cache, session information, Premium status cache, and support drafts locally on your device. Import and export functions operate only when you initiate them. Removing an inbox or uninstalling the App may remove local data, subject to iOS behavior and any files you exported separately.

Support information

If you contact Support, we process the email address, category, message, attachments, ticket history, and status you provide. The App also sends a random installation identifier and technical details such as platform, app version, operating-system version, and device model so we can respond and diagnose issues.

Diagnostics and analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate App usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and reliability problems. Depending on platform settings and SDK behavior, this may include app interactions, device and app information, diagnostic data, crash traces, and identifiers used for analytics or diagnostics.

Advertising

The free experience uses Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, consent signals, ad interactions, device information, approximate location derived from network information, and related data to provide, measure, secure, and—where permitted—personalize ads. On iOS, the App asks for tracking permission where required. You can deny tracking without losing access to the core App.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use Qonversion to retrieve product offerings and manage purchase entitlements. Apple and Qonversion may process transaction identifiers, product and entitlement information, purchase status, device or app identifiers, and related diagnostics. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

2. Network and service data

When the App communicates with temporary-mail providers, support services, update services, advertising providers, or analytics services, those systems may receive ordinary network information such as IP address, request time, user agent, and security logs. This information may be used to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the services.

3. How we use information

4. Service providers

We rely on service providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including Apple (App Store and purchases), Google (AdMob, consent, Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics), Qonversion (subscriptions and entitlements), Expo (application updates), 1TimeTech infrastructure (mail and Support), and supported third-party temporary-mail providers. Web content opened inside or outside the App may have separate privacy practices.

5. Retention

Temporary inbox availability and server retention vary by provider and can end without notice. Local data remains until you remove it, clear the App, or uninstall, subject to iOS and backup behavior. Support records and operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed to provide support, secure the services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Analytics, advertising, purchase, and crash data are retained according to the settings and policies of the applicable provider.

6. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your support messages or temporary-email content. We share information with service providers as needed for the purposes described above, when you direct us to do so, to complete a transaction, or when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. Advertising partners may process data as described in the Advertising section and according to your consent choices.

7. Your choices and rights

You can decline iOS tracking permission, manage applicable ad consent in the App when offered, remove temporary inboxes and local messages, cancel App Store subscriptions, and contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other rights available in your jurisdiction. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. See Privacy Choices for instructions.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through Support, contact us.

9. International processing and security

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission, temporary inbox, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, law, or our providers. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date.
