Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Temp Mail Pro application for iPhone and iPad and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service description

The Service provides disposable email addresses and tools to receive and organize incoming messages. It does not provide a permanent mailbox, guaranteed address, guaranteed domain, outgoing mail service, archival service, identity service, or backup. Addresses, domains, messages, attachments, providers, and features may change, expire, be blocked, or become unavailable at any time.

2. Mailbox privacy and access

A person who knows or obtains a temporary address or its access details may be able to view messages delivered to it. You have no reasonable expectation that a disposable address is appropriate for confidential information. You are responsible for selecting where you use an address and for removing local data you no longer need.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or another person's rights; facilitate fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, malware, credential theft, evasion, or unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; probe or bypass security or usage limits; automate access except through interfaces we provide; resell access without permission; or receive unlawful or harmful content. We may limit or block activity to protect the Service, users, providers, or third parties.

4. Premium purchases

Premium features and the applicable price, duration, trial, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. If a product is an auto-renewing subscription, it renews unless canceled under the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies. Restoring a purchase requires the Apple Account associated with the eligible transaction. Premium does not make temporary inboxes permanent and does not guarantee that any provider, address, domain, or message will remain available.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The free experience may display advertising. The Service relies on Apple, Google, Qonversion, Expo, mail providers, and other infrastructure providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, message content, senders, availability, or conduct.

6. Intellectual property

The App, website, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted by the App Store rules and these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service, including providers, domains, storage periods, advertising, and Premium features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or delivery and retention of any message.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, delivery, retention, or security. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, messages, access, revenue, or opportunity; or unauthorized access arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the preceding twelve months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, provider requirements, or a violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS App is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and Apple's standard end-user license terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
